TP/4303/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Deepak Sonkamble i/b. Ajit Hodage, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Abdul Tayeb Roshanali being son of deceased. Deceased namely Banoobai Roshanali Abdul Tayeb died intestate at Dubai on 13.02.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 03.06.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Bahrainwala Mustafa Roshan Bhas predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons, two daughters, two grandsons and two granddaughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
