TP/4322/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Lakdawala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Navnath Sugrive Tiwari being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sugriw Rambachan Tiwari died intestate at Mumbai on 14.08.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased died in the year 2006 who since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son, one daughter and one brother. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the widow, daughter and brother have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.09.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 29.09.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
