TP/4324/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Bhakti Patil i/b. Prabhu Velar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Dinkar Rane being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dinkar Vithoba Rane died intestate at Mumbai on 27.04.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the remaining two sons and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
