This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nitin Duryodhan Pednekar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Duryodhan Baburao Pednekar died intestate at Mumbai on 13.08.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Hema died as spinster. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
