This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijay Karunashanker Joshi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Karunashanker Durgashankar Joshi died intestate at Mumbai on 16.12.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of mother of deceased not mentioned in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
