TP/4352/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Deepak Sonkamble i/b. Ajit Hodage, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Gautam Ghosh being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Dr. S N Ghosh died intestate at Hyderabad on 27.01.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Driving License is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Saraswati Ghosh died intestate at Hyderabad on 01.01.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.09.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
