This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Richie Jagdish Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jagdish Chimanlal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 15.09.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of parents not stated in the legal heir para of the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and consent Affidavit of another son is not filed. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
