This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kirtiprakash Nautamal Shah being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Nautamal Manilal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 23.05.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Nirmala Nautamal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 30.10.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and remaining two sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
