Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.12.2025 and thereby submitted that in para no. 1 of the operative part of the order dated 10.12.2025, Letters of Administration is granted having effect throughout State of Maharashtra. However, in prayer it is stated throughout India. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Perused petition and order dated 10.12.2025, words "State of Maharashtra" are substituted by words "India".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 10.12.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
