Heard Mr. Saraf, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Mr. Saraf prays for seeking amendment to the Petition in respect of which order dated 02.12.2025 has been passed. He would submit that there was an inadvertent apparent mistake in mentioning the area of the flat.

In that view of the matter and as requested by praecipe, Petitioner is permitted to amend Petition No.4412 of 2025 and state the correct carpet area of the flat.

In un-numbered paragraph No.3 of the praecipe is the necessary amendment which is permitted by the Court. Department is directed accordingly to allow the amendment within a period of three

If correct area of flat is mentioned in the Petition, the Grant be granted in accordance with law as per directions contained in the order dated 02.12.2025.
