The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the interpretation of the Will to the testator/testatrix, vide Rule 419 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

the petitioner to state about the heirs of the deceased as per the provisions of the Personal laws applicable to the deceased. Furthermore, the petitioner to state about the native places of the deceased and her parents and publish the citation at that place, by following due procedure in this regard. 6.

The petitioner amend the place of the death, as per the death certificate of the deceased.
