1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shailesh Champaklal Mehta being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Champaklal Hiralal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 30.05.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Shantaben Champaklal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 21.10.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased no.1 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and consent of the daughter is not in proper format hence, Advocate to take steps accordingly. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.12.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
