1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shailesh Champaklal Mehta being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Champaklal Hiralal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 30.05.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Shantaben Champaklal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 21.10.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased no.1 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit dated 10.03.2026 is filed separately through e-filing. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.12.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 25.03.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
