Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe and submitted that in order dated 24.02.2026 name of the deceased is incorrectly mentioned as "Muppntathi Raja Pandaram Alias Muppndathi Raja Pandaram" instead of "Mupputathi Raja Pandaram Alias Muppudathi Raja Pandaram". Hence, same may be corrected. 2.

Perused petition and order dated 24.02.2026, name of the deceased is corrected and read as " Mupputathi Raja Pandaram Alias Muppudathi Raja Pandaram".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 24.02.2026 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
