Petitioner to file official translation of the Will or comply with the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023 in respect of translation of the Will.

The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

The petitioner to file the consent of the legal heir/s, namely Sandeep and Sanjay or take steps to serve the citation vide Rule 397 of Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

The petitioner to ensure that Sandeep and Sanjay are legal heirs of the deceased and explain the provision in this regard, in life time of husband's heir vide Sec. 15(1)(b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Otherwise, amend the information of the Legal heirs of the deceased.
