TP/4484/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sandeep Kocharekar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mangesh Padmanabh Wagh being son of deceased. Deceased namely Padmanabh Mangesh Wagh died intestate at Mumbai on 25.03.1970. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 25.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son, two daughters-in-law, two grandsons and two granddaughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 10.11.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
