Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.

Latter on, after the board, Shri. V. K. Rajbhar, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner appeared submitted that all requisitions are complied with; however, the incorrect praecipe is given for extension of the time for issuance of citation.

Already matter is listed on 21.11.2025 for compliance, however, it appears that for getting the order, incorrect praecipe has been moved to list the matter on the board and get the order by bypassing the chronology. Hence, the petitioner is removed from the board and now it be listed on the scheduled date, i.e. 21.11.2025.
