1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rashmikant Sobhagchand Bhodia being son of deceased. Deceased namely Bhodia Taragauri Soubhagyachand died intestate at Mumbai on 13.09.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 04.03.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had two sons and two daughters. Out of them two daughters and one son died as spinster and bachelor respectively. Deceased is survived by only one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.10.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
