This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Munira Abdul Majid Millwala being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Abdul Majid Usman Millwala died intestate at Mumbai on 27.01.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, two sons and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 18.11.2025.
