This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Udupi Praveen Pai being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely U R Pai died intestate at Mangalore on 01.09.1974. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Ramesh died leaving behind his widow and one son. Legal heirs para is incomplete hence, Advocate to take steps. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
