1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Udupi Praveen Pai being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely U R Pai died intestate at Mangalore on 01.09.1974. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Ramesh and his wife died leaving behind them one son and two daughters. Another son of deceased namely Mohandas died leaving behind his widow and two sons. Deceased was survived by one daughter-in-law, three grandsons and two granddaughters. Out of them one grandson is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
