This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Dilip Kumar Saha, Sandip Kumar Saha and Suchismita Nundy being sons and daughter of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Nripendra Krishna Saha died intestate at Kolkatta on 10.10.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 08.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased is annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.11.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
