1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sachin Nityanand Kamath, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Vidya Nityanand Kamath, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 05.03.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.10.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
