This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rakhal Dave being son of deceased. Deceased namely Deviprasad Laxmishankar Dave died intestate at Mumbai on 14.07.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.10.2025 is filed. As surviving legal heir of deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained in para No. 10 of the petition and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
