This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Chetan Jagdish Udeshi being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Jagmohan Valji Udeshi died intestate at Mumbai on 20.08.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Rajani Jagmohan Udeshi died intestate at Mumbai on 20.06.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
