This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Siddhi Shirish Jhaveri being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Navinchandra Hiralal Mapara died intestate at Mumbai on 02.04.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 29.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three daughters, one son-in-law and one granddaughter (Sheetal). Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.10.2025 and Administration Bond are filed dated 10.10.2025. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
