1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Debts and Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Naushadali Ebrahim Abudul Rasool, who is Grand-son of deceased. Deceased namely Gulbanubai Gulamali Abdul Rasool, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 23.08.1990. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband, parents and grandparents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had one son and one daughter. The son namely Ebrahim died leaving behind two sons. The daughter of deceased died issue-less as per TP No. 570 of 2019. Deceased was survived by two grandsons. Out of them one grandson is petitioner herein and another grandson has given his consent in favour of the petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.12.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
