1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Dalsukhrai Kothari being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dalsukhrai Mohanlal Kothari died intestate at Mumbai on 13.01.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased survived by only one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 9.12.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 2.01.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
