1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Khemaben Narsinhbhai Patel being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Narsinhbhai Motibhai Patel died intestate at Mumbai on 24.11.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of mother of deceased is not stated in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
