This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Preeti Rajagopal being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Ramasubramaniam Venkatesh Rajagopal died intestate at Pachagani, Satara on 27.05.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, two sons, one brother and two sisters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. As per precipe dated 28.10.2025 (submitted on 24.11.2025), Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to amend the Schedule I annexed to the petition as per the draft of amendment annexed to the said precipe. Amendment is allowed as per the draft of amendment. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within twelve weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
