1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Preeti Rajagopal being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Ramasubramaniam Venkatesh Rajagopal died intestate at Pachagani, Satara on 27.05.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by widow, two sons, one brother and two sisters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated dated 17.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
