Perused Petition. Petitioner to state whether any property is held by the deceased, No. 1, which is sought to be administered. In the schedule-I of the petition, it is mentioned that the property is standing in the name of the deceased No. 2 being the nominee, however it belongs to the deceased No.1.

If the property is not held jointly, by the deceased No. 1 and 2, then there will be the question as to payment of the Court fee. Hence the office to submit the report on point that, whether the Court is properly calculated and paid in the petitioner.
