This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Asit Kumar Ghosh being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dr. B. K. Ghosh died intestate at Mumbai on 30.07.1981. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
