1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Varsha Dhaval Joshi being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Kantilal Maganlal Kapadia died intestate at Mumbai on 5.03.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 25.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. The first wife of the deceased expired on 3.8.2015 and deceased had one son and one daughter from first wife. The second wife expired on 5.10.2011 and has one daughter from second wife. The deceased was survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
