TP/4691/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Nikhil Mehta i/b. KMC Legal Venture, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Geeta Dilip Parekh being mother of deceased. Deceased namely Anish Dilip Parekh died intestate at Mumbai on 25.05.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by mother (sole surviving legal heir) who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
