This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sunil Ramdas Chhichhia being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Ramdas Nathalal Chhichhia died intestate at Mumbai on 24.10.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Chandrika Ramdas Chhichhia died intestate at Mumbai on 17.07.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. One son of both the deceased namely Pankaj and his wife died. The said son died issue-less. Both the deceased were survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
