1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nandu Kanhaiyalal Ahuja, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Rukmani K. Ahuja, who said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 11.04.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of the deceased also predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one son, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice not filed. Administration bond not required as petitioner is sole legal heir. Delay is explained.
