This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Amin Abdul Sultan Shroff being son of deceased. Deceased namely Abdul Sultan Meherali Mulji Shroff died intestate at Mumbai on 05.02.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Election Card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and four sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.11.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 22.12.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
