1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Arvind Ghei being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kanta Ghei died intestate at Delhi on 12.10.1991. Original Death certificate is not filed and Affidavit to that effect dated 08.09.2025 is separately uploaded. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 03.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.
2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased died on 15.12.2022. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.
3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice 21.11.2025 is filed. As surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
