1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravichandran Ramchandran Rao being son of deceased. Deceased namely N Ramchandran died intestate at Thane on 16.01.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 17.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. As per exhibit - "B" annexed to the petition, widow of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 06.10.2022. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
