1. While dictating the order, it is noticed that, one of the legal heir namely Nazjoo who died on 22.09.2015 leaving behind petitioner and Farida. However, as per Section 51 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, parents of Nazoo also legal heirs. Hence, petitioner to state about Najoo. Hence, adjourned.
