This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rahul U Vinekar being son of deceased. Deceased No.1 namely Udayshankar Gajanan Vinekar died intestate at Mumbai on 14.11.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No.2 namely Uma Udayshankar Vinekar died intestate at Mumbai on 27.06.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.10.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
