This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Advait Anant Sinkar being brother-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Sandhya Surendra Samant died intestate at Thane on 01.05.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Father-in-law and mother-in-law predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one brother-in-law who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
