This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sonali Manoj Balgi being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Mizar Yeshwant Bhandary died intestate at Mumbai on 25.08.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Asha Yeshwant Bhandary died intestate at Bangalore on 10.12.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 10.11.2025.
