1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sagunabai Dattatray Gavande being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Dattatray Genbhau Gawande died intestate at Pune on 21.11.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased died as minor. Deceased was survived by his widow, one son and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and one son and two daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.12.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 20.12.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
