This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vidya Pramod Pawar being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Pramod Tulshiram Pawar died intestate at Mumbai on 24.12.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one minor daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Petitioner being mother and natural guardian has given consent on behalf of minor daughter namely Shreya. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not yet completed hence, matter is adjourened to 02.12.2025.
