This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajiv Padmakant Thanawala being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Krishna Padmakant Thanawala died intestate at Mumbai on 30.10.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 1 namely Padmakant Nagindas Thanawala died intestate at Mumbai on 03.12.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
