TP/4807/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Uttam Rane, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kangerassery Narayanan Vijayan being son of deceased. Deceased namely Thangam Narayanan died intestate at Panvel on 04.02.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 15.09.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Geetha Krishnamurthy died as spinster. One son of deceased namely K. N. Chandranan died leaving behind two daughters. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter and two granddaughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
