1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashish Damjibhai Premjibhai Donda being son of deceased. Deceased namely Damjibhai Premjibhai Donda died intestate at Surat, Gujarat on 01.09.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and four daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all four daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
