TP/4844/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Manoj Kukreja, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jaiprakash Bharatnath Mishra being son of deceased. Deceased namely Bharatnath Umadatt Mishra died intestate at Mumbai on 03.03.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 01.12.2015 who since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
